With our auction house software AuctioOffice you acquire a multi-user capable software solution which is available to you via remote desktop connection on any Windows, Linux or MacOS computer. Our software solution for auction houses is structured and clearly arranged and enables you and your employees a fast and effective workflow.

All addresses around your auctions always in view

In addition to the usual entry of master data, the address management for clients, bidders and consignors also enables the entry of deviating fee rates, differential taxation and auction-dependent special costs, among other things. The detailed, storable and fast search and filter function presents large databases transparently and clearly.

Auction item management for auction houses

Via the item management in AuctioOffice all relevant auction data for your auction items are recorded. By the categorization in auction sections, the items of an auction can be easily grouped and called up within the auction as required by you, of course taking into account catalog numbers. If the field defaults in the input masks of the auction items are not sufficient for you, additional freely definable fields for further item details are available.

Special costs for auction items

Special costs such as shipping and storage fees, disposal flat rates, etc. can also be entered in AuctioOffice. You can assign several images to individual items at the same time using drag & drop. Label printing supports you in marking auction items. As an alternative to direct entry in the program, auction items can also be imported from Excel lists.

From auction entry to settlement: AuctioOffice for all auction processes  

AuctioOffice enables you as an auction house to easily plan and manage your auction processes. This includes item recording, catalog number generation, postal sorting within the auction, bidder number assignment as well as automatic catalog generation for print or transfer directly to AuctioWeb.

In the invoice module, you can generate bidder and consignor invoices, create credit notes or use the option of free invoicing. The input of special costs and the possibility of proforma printing make the operation flexible and easy. At the push of a button, you can also carry out a complete settlement of the entire auction.

In the postprocessing the restant administration, the printing of results, the emergency article administration as well as the production of statistics (buyer lists, result lists, restant lists etc.) takes place.
