Information on our product live cycle

Every AuctioNovo product has a live cycle. The life cycle starts with the publication of the product and it ends with the date, when the support for the product is terminated. Knowing about these dates makes it easier to decide on product adjustments or upgrades.

The end of the product life cycle takes place in three steps. At the end of the process the product can no longer be bought and support requests concerning that product can no longer be processed. Only the current versions of the product will be supported. You can find a survey of all our products here.

 

Product outlet

  • Step 1

    In the beginning, new features for the software are no longer being developed. Adjustments concerning the source code will no longer be carried out.

  • Step 2

    The second step sees the termination of bug removal within the software. Starting with this step bug removal concerning the program code can no longer be carried out.

  • Step 3

    As a last step, the user support will be terminated. For technical and logistical reasons, support can only be provided for current versions of the software.
